Swing-shuttle
The self-contained component transfer system swing-shuttle enables the transport of heavy weights between two stations at high speed and with accurate positioning. This reduces component change-over times leading to greater system efficiency. A further advantage of the swing-shuttle is the low space requirement, as no additional pillars or risers are required.
The maximum movable weight (component and gripper) is at 400 kg. Transport distances of up to 7500 mm can be covered in only 6 sec., so that component change-over times can be reduced by approx. 35% in comparison to a conventional overhead system.
