Impulse self-piercing riveting
Impulse self-piercing riveting g is a further development of the indirect self-piercing riveting process with half-hollow rivet.

Instead of being pressed as it used to be the rivet is struck into the panels to be connected by a sudden action of forces. For this reason, the matrix is placed directly in the device.

The C-frame is therefore no longer required, the weight of the tool is reduced to less than 50 kg and the smaller tool geometry allows much better access to the panel.

A flexible and practical development which has been well received in many manufacturing sectors.
